Not the room that we thought we were getting. We were put in a different condo. And we were not informed that there was a pool. We heard from other guests. But we were not given access to it. The check in process was very stressful. The room was not ready at 4pm and we had to call support and sit on hold for 20 min to talk to someone. The elevator took 15-20 min to come every time. 2 of the 3 elevators were out of service. The security at the lobby was very rude and not helpful at all during the trip.

Everything was adequate

The room was not clean, floor was broke and boyfriend tripped walking in, dirty towels left on floor in bathroom, windows dirty, did not receive panoramic view or balcony that was promised in your site. Half jars of peanut butter and other used food items in cupboard, and more

Beautiful view and elivators were quick considering how many floors. Full kitchen so cooking was easy.

The location and condition of the unit was pretty great. The view was amazing! We just had an early flight in and there is no front desk or place to drop your bags before check in. The concierge told us that we could drop our bags in the unit at 1pm, but we ended up waiting an hour to drop our bags and in the end took them to a restaurant for beers to wait for check in. I would recommend the property if you are coming to and from the place within the hours of check in and check out. No customer service in the building makes it tricky if you are having a luggage issue or otherwise.

La localisation de L'appartement est son plus grand attrait. À quelques minutes à pieds de la gare et de plusieurs attractions comme la Tour du CN, le Rodgers Center, l'aquarium, le Scotia Bank arena, etc. L'appartement en soit est OK mais sans plus. Aurait besoin d'être remis au goût du jour. Télé sans aucune chaîne de base incluse. Peinture abîmée à plusieurs endroits. Tapis dans la chambre qui est taché, habillage de fenêtre non opaque donc si vous aimez la noirceur pour dormir, cet endroit est à proscrire.

The staff were excellent. I had a problem with the key code & room temperature, emailed the support team and they responded right away. Location is the best! It is close to Scotiabank Arena and Rogers Centre.

Well situated in the downtown core clos1/2 block from Scotiabank Arena, use the PATH and walk underground to the Skydome, CN tower &Hockey Hall of Fame. Groceries 1/2 walk underground, with access to shopping malls a short walking distance. Very accessible.

The kitchen was fully equipped, rooms where clean, there was some small structural damages in some areas but not bad. Didnt had a lake view. It was good overall I would suggest cleaning of the windows.

AC not working. Room was warm. Had to open balcony door to cool it off. Resulting in plenty of noise from streets. No cold water in bathroom sink. Just a dribble. No face/wash cloths. Curtains do not cover all the windows. Limiting privacy with adjacent buildings having view inside.

Amazing, will be back for sure. The place is beautiful, the area is really calm and centrical, easy access and so so clean. We loved it.

Prime location from Union station. Once we got off the train from yyz we found the place easily! This location was close to the aquarium, the path and Union station! Apartment was alright, we used vacuum ourselves and I had thought there was a Keurig but there was not, which was fine because there were plenty cafes. We were able to sleep well. The view was magnificent! Also we messaged if we had questions and they were quick to respond, thank you! We will stay here again! This was the first time for us in Toronto and we found the place easily and travelled on foot easily!

We stayed in a three-bedroom suite at The Grand York Toronto for four nights (Feb 28 – Mar 4) and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The most serious issue was that boiling hot water came out of all taps for the entire stay, including sinks and showers. This made it impossible to safely wash hands or shower without risk of burns, meaning the unit effectively had no safe usable running water for the duration of the stay. There were also several additional problems, including elevator outages that forced us to walk 22 floors with luggage, repeated key access issues, and fire alarm disturbances during the stay. These issues were reported during the stay, but they were never resolved. Given the price of the suite and the basic habitability issues experienced, this stay fell far below expectations. I hope these problems are addressed so future guests do not encounter the same situation.

Great location, comfortable, I’d totally recommend. However, if the fire department is called at night and warnings are issued in the building, the property should say “all clear.” I spent a useless hour ready to evacuate because of no property guidance.

Best location ever! Only a few minutes walk to Union Station, Scotiabank Arena, CN Tower, and many more. Staff were also always fast to respond to any inquiries and were nice to let us drop our bags earlier than our check in time. Check-in and Check-out process was fast and smooth. Fire alarm of the building itself did go off a few times in the middle of the night during our stay but it was not a deal breaker. We would definitely book here again when we go back to Toronto 😊

Perfect location

Honestly the only good things about this AirBnB (Yeah, they don't mention that) are the location and views. The extra pillow case was ridiculously wrinkly, the carpet was full of little black fuzzies or something, stained walls, layer of dust over the bedside lamps, over the closet door, over the bedroom door as well, weird yellow spill marks on some walls, bathroom sink I don't think has ever been cleaned behind it, said we had blackout curtains but we had blinds, said we had a balcony and that was definitely not the case unless you consider a sliding door with a double pane glass "wall" and metal railing so you can pop your head and arms out a "balcony", and to make things worse there was an ANNOYING jingle coming from another of the doors on our level right by our door, I called (3 or 4 times) and texted the number I was given and was told someone was coming to check it out only after the last time I called. No one answered text messages. I have a video recording of the jingle in question and multiple pictures of everything else stated above. I do not recommend this place. At least the staff is friendly :/
