Overall, good stay. My only complaint is that there are no smoking signs in front of the main doors and along the building and out to the parking lot and many guests were all smoking there anyways. Not once did I come or go without having to walk through smoke. I’m a double lung transplant patient and this led to some uncomfortable moments. For this reason, I won’t book here again.

Was not great. Hair in the bathtub, hair & dust & dirt on the bathroom floor. No space in the room (as in no table, only a foot between the bed & dresser); no information accessible- meaning no idea where to find ice machine, no idea what restaurants were in the area, etc. pillows flattened to absolutely nothing as soon as our heads hit them. The WORST, part, however, was the fire hazards. Only 3 outlets in the general room that we could find, + 1 in the bathroom. One outlet had a power bar as well; refrigerator, tv, cable box, lamp & keureg were all plugged into the Powerbar, and the microwave was plugged into the other part of that outlet. The air conditioner was on its own outlet, the plug had been stretched out so it didn’t fall out of the outlet, and nothing could be plugged into to the other part of the outlet without falling halfway out. The 3rd outlet had a lamp plugged in to one part, and 4 other items plugged into an extension cord that kept falling out of the outlet. Personally, I will never stay there again; however I do need to point out that the new restaurant, Niko Niko, has absolutely amazing food, and extremely friendly staff.

From the moment my family and I got to the parking lot we began having regrets about our booking. The parking lot had a couple homeless persons loitering. The lobby area was not inviting and the area near the elevator/close to the arcade has a foul odor. The carpet in the hallways looked old and the place just didn't feel fresh and clean. We entered the room and wanted to turn back immediately. This was, by far, the worst hotel room I have been to. The furniture was old, the bathroom fixtures, shower, roof, walls, everything is outdated and falling apart. The room had an awful smell, so we had to leave the window open whenever we were leaving. The mirror in our room almost came off the wall when the guest next door closed their door. My wife and I experienced alot of back pain over our 5 night stay, as the mattress had a sunken area wherever we laid. The hole never came out up to when we were leaving. Several nights we slept without the AC as it was really loud and is positioned directly beside one of the beds. The breakfast area is too small and was almost always crowded. The pool area was fine but just too hot. In summary, the place is dated. The hotel needs a serious makeover, almost a complete closing and repair job. I would spare nothing of the current setup. The staff we encountered were okay, but they didn't seem motivated. I would never stay at this hotel again and would nit recommend it to anyone.

Very dated and grungy.. in need of major renovation. Paint peeling off the walls, holes in the carpet of the room, black stains on the bedskirt. water slide needs some tlc and the jets for the hot tub were not working. Boyfriend went out for a smoke at 1:30am and there was a bunch of crack heads outside using. If you’re looking for a family hotel stay away. Breakfast was also meh. Nothing but toast and hard boiled eggs. There is no hot breakfast here. Only positive thing to say is the AC works very well.

The rooms condition are not that great and not clean well, very old property need renovation. Services are not even good i called for the iron for press but wait 2 hours and not get any and end up having my clothes without press. Very slow service no one picked up the phone on front desk... Its a lot...

Beds are well used, theres pockets you sink into, the AC did work well, the maintenance was nice and helpful, front desk always seemes like they'd rather be anywhere else so did the one day of breanfast lady we got during our multiday stay the restaurant in there Resturant Niko Niko was lovely though
