The staff was amazing manager pablo and his team, including the evening check in crew and the morning staff we absolutely wonderful. We've been in chile 3 months, this is hands down the service we have received. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for going above and beyond with the service.

No issues checking in after midnight or getting a taxi to the airport early in the morning. Rooms are similar to what you might get at an airport hotel in the states except that the furniture is higher quality and there's a coffee pod machine. Simple continental breakfast provided, roads around the property can be noisy as locals regularly use their horns, fairly steep hill between the hotel and town centre. Room included mini-fridge and water bottles. Felt more coffee pods could have been provided on a daily basis and the pod machines could have been better (need to tilt the cups to get them under the nozzel). Generally quiet but there can be noise from other guests. Main issues with the room were the lower floors don't have the city / coastal views advertised and they're very dark in the evenings (insufficient lighting). Good wifi, very helpful front desk staff.

A nicely renovated hotel Great staff, very friendly Free breakfast was very busy We had a coffee machine in our room and you are Not allowed to use it after the first night. They even removed the cups We were there 3 nights Would be nice to have a coffee each morning NOT only the first morning They let us have a late check out which was great

Only stayed 1 night as had early flight. Hotel staff checking in & out were excellent. They even organised a breakfast box since we had to leave prior to breakfast commencing. Only downside was dinner where the staff are slow with the service

This hotel used to be a Chilean chain called Apumanque & has been purchased and restored for the Marriot brand. The hotel still feels a bit old, but the location is excellent and the restaurant is quite good. Although most international tourists prefer to stay in Puerto Varas this is my favorite option when I need to stay over in Puerto Montt on business or to catch the car ferries to Patagonia
