Great location with restaurants onsite and a lot of more restaurants/options within walking distance from the hotel. The staff are excellent… very professional , friendly and helpful especially Steven Wu and Cassie who were amazing!

Hotel is excellent condition, the room was a very good size, clean and I also enjoyed the well- equipped gym. There are lots of dining options around the area and also two restaurants in the hotel. There is a Mall within short walking distance from the hotel. Staff were professional , friendly and very responsive. I would like to make a special mention of Steven Wu and Cassie Yan who were absolute Stars in terms of customer service! I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!

Nice and clean room.

Friendly Staff, Concierge and Reception were excellent. Elevator attendants always ready to welcome you and guide you. Chinese Restaurant was excellent. The staff at the Clouds Lounge were above and beyond the service expectations mark. Although I had language barrier, they went above and beyond to translate our conversations and make the experience memorable.
