I was upgraded to Studio Executive King. Nice clean room. The hotel is on top of a Shopping Mall. Kitchenette equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge, cutlery, cookware, crockery, and washing machine. Most importantly, the WC has a Smart Bidet Seat.

My recent stay at the Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. From check-in to check-out, every moment was handled with professionalism and care. All the staff members we encountered were polite and eager to assist, contributing hugely to the warmth and hospitality of the hotel. I highly recommend the Mandarin Oriental, Guangzhou, thanks to these wonderful team members who truly made our visit special.

Good service, good food, close to the mall.

Staying 5 nights here is really great. Service is good. I was allowed late check-in and checkout 🤑. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. Also, the room is super spacious. Top-notch! If I'm back here again, I'll definitely book here!

What a wonderful hotel in Guangzhou in terms of location, near to metro station, near to Beijing Rd, clean room. Nice, warm, and very helpful services. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and the experience has been great. The location is excellent and transportation is convenient. The front desk staff are very warm and welcoming! It's worth mentioning that the hotel’s breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options and tastes really good, too.
