The hotel amenities and F&B were really good! To have a good view of the Hangzhou West Lake, prefer to stay on the 8th floor. I should say the hotel breakfast buffet spread was really good with wide varieties to choose from.

The room was very clean and the bed was extra comfy (checked with the hotel staff that the bed was from Simmons)! It only takes 3 minutes from the hotel to the Departures area, and it was very accessible to the Metro station as well. Overall, the stay was perfectly good!
