The staffs were all friendly and very helpful, location was also good if you need a bit of quiet but still near the main attractions. There was also a mini-market just outside the lobby, so it was very convenient.

Were given a room 1019 above the air conditioning units for the hotel. Very noisy and asked to change rooms. Moved to 2018. Aircon did not work. Asked for a repair to be done. We were given a fan and told that's it!! Very poor management. Generally grubby hotel other than the lobby and restaurant floor. Not near a five star rating.

Room very Clean, staff friendly and helpful! Great location.

We stay 3 nights at Kempinski ChongQing. Staff at Reception counters very courteous but will be nice if concierge would do more to assist in getting taxi at lobby. Will be very nice if hotel can provide shuttles to nearby metro station. Room is nice and spacious but somehow have got a few mosquitoes in the room that we stay and stung us in toilet.
