The stay was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Amenities such as free laundry and afternoon snacks were thoughtful. Location of the hotel is conveniently within walking distance to metro, restaurants, street food, malls, and popular landmarks. Overall, highly recommended for visitors to Xi'an.

The service is excellent by Kitty the receptionist and Angel the manager is very hospitable. The hotel is really close to the mall and has an authentic kingdom architecture. They have a nice lush green garden too. I had a pleasant stay here.
