Staff really makes the place ! I have bee staying here for 12 years and it’s always on point. Restaurant serves great meals at good prices and the breakfast it’s also great. Minutes from the airport with shuttle buses every 30 minutes

I picked this hotel primarily for its proximity to the international airport which it serves well with a free shuttle that runs to the airport 24hrs and every 1/2 hr. Upon arrival I was checked-in quickly and efficiently. staff were kind/friendly though we did have trouble communicating between my poor anglicized spanish and their english it was a struggle to get basic answers to questions, Id paid for the use of their small gym with my reservation only to be told there would be an extra charge of 85,000 COP upon arrival. I wish this was made more explicit when booking as it was a reason for staying there and booking a more expensive option. Overall the room was excellent though, very comfortable with no noise from the airport close-by and made my early morning flight with no issues so definitely served its purpose. definitely recommend this place for business travelers in a similair situation to mine.

La atención en el momento de la llegada no fue la mejor, no había organización la gente se colaba al momento del registro y no había seguridad. El Servicio al cuarto nunca contestaron tuve que bajar para ordenar y había una sola persona para atender a los que tenían cenas reservadas y servicio a la habitación

Hotel is a good choice. Price is fair. Good staff and service. Close to airport but a lil far from malls, nice spots, etc.

Mi experiencia en general fue positiva gracias a la amabilidad y disposición del personal del hotel, quienes fueron muy atentos y colaborativos durante toda mi estadía. Sin embargo, me sorprendió encontrar varios detalles de mantenimiento que no corresponden al nivel ni al precio de uno de los hoteles más costosos de Bogotá. Me hospedé en una Junior Suite y encontré una mesa con la superficie notablemente manchada, una lámpara grande junto al televisor sin bombilla y desconectada, y la chapa de la puerta del baño en mal estado. Son detalles que afectan la percepción de calidad y cuidado de las instalaciones. Considero que el hotel tiene un gran potencial y un excelente equipo humano, pero necesita prestar más atención al mantenimiento de las habitaciones para que la experiencia esté a la altura de la tarifa que cobra.

Muy cerca del Aeropuerto en caso que tengas que pasar una noche y continuar al destino siguiente, buena atención y buena comida..

very close to airport and about 30 mins from most action. but if you need a comfortable night's sleep...i recommend.

The service was amazing. The personnels willingness to help and ensure all your needs are met. They went above and beyond to accommodate the changes we wanted. Front desk manager William did an exceptional job!

Everything was good except for the service on the restaurant, takes to long and the servers were never comes back to ask if everything is okay or offer another drink or so.

Totally unnecessary use of room deodorizer during daily cleaning. An unhealthy practice which could affect some guest. Rooms / halls need a complete refresh.
