A bold guy at the reception is extremely rude and unkind

They had construction going on in the adjacent room from early morning ..it was uncomfortable And i packed my bags early to get out of room. I asked for a discount on the room and they said to complain to expedia for compensation.

Its a safe location close to the airport

Great experience and awesome service. Food was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel in Bogota, Cali and Cartagena.

Prima hotel maar toch boek ik liever wat anders. Uit de douche kwamen slechts weinig stralen, dit is niet opgelost tijdens het verblijf. Bed is goed. De sauna is te koud om te gaan zweten en het stoombad stinkt naar oude sokken en muf.

Para destacar, el servicio de transporte. Para mejorar, el sistema de aire acondicionado de la habitación, el servicio en el restaurante ( ha desmejorado notablemente) y la atencion en la recepcion (sólo una persona haciendo check in)

The reception staff are very good

The room was fine, the first thing I noticed was the door lock did not work the door literally opened as I went to touch the key too the sensor. The tv had only 1 channel as it seemed they hadn’t paid the cable bill. I ordered 2 waters from room service that never arrived I called room service again and they had left the phone off of the hook so as to not receive calls. I went down stairs to look for waters and instead of an apology for the service the man at the front desk made excuses for them “there just too busy” is what he said. I realize everything costs but instead of being comped waters for the terrible experience he had to have the 20,000 pesos to cover the water hopefully they use it to fix the door and pay the cable bill This was the worst stay I’ve experienced in all of Colombia. Save yourself the trouble and stay at the Hilton.

Clean room, friendly staff. While I was only there for less than 8 hours it was modern, clean, comfortable, accommodating, and very close to the airport. I recommend.

Habitacion muy buena, excelente olor y con muy buena ubicacion para ir al aeropuerto el Dorado.

Personal sumamente amable en recepción y debido a que saldría antes de la hora del desayuno nos prepararon un box.lunch. Sugerencia que inicien desayuno 5:30 para todos los que viajamos temprano. 2. Ponerme siempre lejos de elevadores porque es muy ruidoso y no me dejaron descansar.

Most definitely not a 5-star hotel, and not even close. 3 stars maybe. I stayed here several times, and I had mixed experiences. Today it was a poor one. They strictly enforce a 3-pm check-in if you booked through a third party. It's 1:30 and everyone else is checking in. They want an extra $40 to check in an hour and a half earlier, which I declined (so I took the time to share my experience).

The staff mentioned that my rate did not include breakfast, lunch much is one of the reasons I chose the place, so I was disappointed to say the least.
