Nice friendly staff. Off road parking in the area was available free from6pm Friday until early Monday morning.

Easy walk from Nine Elms, Receptionist very helpful, Room and en-suite immaculate and tea/coffee in room a plus😊 stayed for an appointment inUS embassy next day and got an Uber . Also Nine Elms just one stop from Battersea station and I’d say save the money from a hotel and spend on yourself shopping! 🛍️

Parking easy but £22.50 & a small bay. Room was small, but clean with comfy beds. Shower was fine, water pressure not great, but certainly not the worst!

Used as a base for a weekend trip to London, no problems. Would stay again.

Easy to get to and staff very professional

Great location and clean hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful when we wanted to extend our stay. Only negative was off street parking was £30 a night not £20 as advertised.

This is a great guest house. My only objection was that they record a credit card in case of damage even after the room is paid. I know many places take a deposit, but this allows anyone to blame the guest for something that may have been damaged by anyone entering the room after you leave including a cleaner. And there is not a limit. Eg £100- they could potentially rob you if they wanted. The hotel itself is immaculate, great WiFi and location. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic! After a bad day, it was very appreciated.

Clean , easy access . I gave it 4 stars because there was a big noise coming from upstairs, that’s lasted a bit longer. Overall I recommend and will definitely go back if need to be. Thank you

Really clean, comfortable, and modern room. Just a-bit out of the way for tube and restaurants- however it’s priced accordingly.

Room was clean and was like the description. Easy to find.

I was ground floor which was handy for luggage. Clean room. Good shower. Shower itself was a decent size but shower room was very small and quite hard to close the bathroom door, especially with the bath mat down. Complimentary shower gel/shampoo & conditioner. Mattress wasn't great so didn't sleep very well. You'll need an eye mask if there's a window as the blinds didn't stop the bright lights outside. Surprisingly quiet with the window shut. Complimentary tea & coffee. I was close to the toilet which was handy. The toilet was very clean and well stocked with toilet roll. There was a TV but it was really high up & angled towards the corner of the ceiling! For the money in London, the guest house was fine, but because of the bad sleep it was just ok.
