Clean room - perfect stay for catching the Eurostar train early in the morning - 5 min walk to St Pancras station. I don’t normally stay at hostels anymore but was truly pleasantly surprised and impressed by the cleanliness and hospitality. Would certainly recommend it and I would stay here again.

Love the hostel, the staff, the amenities very clean and the room as well, the location is near to different areas in london where you can walk, take the bus or the underground but walking is the best.

Staff - very friendly Noise level high even at night - doors banging all hours; thin walls Bathrooms/ Shower/ Toilet - only 3 shower stalls on our floor; some stalls have NO hooks to hang your towel/ clothes; with a small shelf to put your toiletries Private Room (public shower)- room clean, bed sheets clean; no chairs to sit on; no small table to put your things; we used the window ledge to hold our personal items; room has small sink to wash hands and brush teeth

When you walk in it smells like a portapotty. Check in was easy and the staff was very nice. However the bathroom was so nasty. Ended up booking another hotel within 20 minutes of checking in.

The rooms are tiny and I paid for an early check-in but the room was not ready when I got there. The staff were very apologetic but still was not great after flying 6 hours. The rooms are also quite small!

Decent enough for the price but what was irritating was how cramped the room was. They packed so many people in the room that you could barely move if everyone was there at the same time. And a lot of the amenities were out of order or to be worked on. It was frustrating because you’d have to walk down a few floors in order to shower. On top of that the room was always hot. Not sure if I stay here again. Location was probably the best part of this hostel.
