Amazing hotel food in the restaurant was beautiful and lovely experience and nice to see the hotel in such great shape. The spa facilities were great and easy to access and very clean. I would like to especially mention the bar and restaurant staff who worked in the evening who were so so plesent and welcoming making everyone in the resturant enjoy there time. Once again such a great experience.

Was a bit wary about this stay as we've had bad experiences in Brittania hotels before. However, these fears were unfounded. It was excellent, enormous room, with TV to match. Pool and spa were great. Spotless throughout. Mikey on reception was very helpful and welcoming. Overall excellent stay, only improvement could be air conditioning, although temperature remained pleasant in the room even in hot weather.

Had a excellent 2 night stay at Daresbury Park, just a short Uber into Warrington Centre for a music Festival. Did online check in as we wouldn't arrive until after 11.30pm. 24hr reception, staff were pleasant, polite and very efficient. Had two excellent breakfasts, however only one coffee machine meant a fair queue built up in busy times, maybe need to think about this unless that weekend was particularly busy? Twin room was clean and tidy on arrival, the bathroom really good with an excellent shower with large rainfall shower head. Would definitely consider again if we are in the area and recommend to others, got a great price for it from Expedia.

The rooms are nice and big enough however no air-con so was too warm for me. It was cheap compared to other hotels in the area, maybe due to the recent changing of use from a migrant hotel (as many taxi drivers were quick to tell me). We didn’t use the swimming pool but were advised that the gym was out of action. The bar was fine and the food selection seemed good. The breakfast on the Sunday was a shambles with the coffee machine not working, too few staff and little on the hot buffet as only one chef. Staff were quick to refund the costs and there’s a Starbucks at the front for a more continental option. In all it is well placed and good value for a stay but they need to improve on a few key aspects if it is to do well.

Lovely hotel, would definitely recommend. I will absolutely be staying here again. Staff were very happy and helpful, room was clean and had everything you needed. There was mark on one of the towel that was in the bathroom, so maybe the cleaners just need to check the towels a bit more throughly, but as whole very pleased with the hotel and as already stated, I will absolutely stay here again.

Set in beautiful surroundings with safe parking and top notch health and fitness suite. Easy access from M56 and close to all amenities including two golf course and super sports. Clubs. Hotel room was very modern and stylish,clean, welcoming and with good wifi and internet tv. Highly recommend for a reasonable weekend rate.

The most immaculately clean dog friendly hotel room I have ever visited. Absolute bonus having the complimentary spa use, the pool was lovely and warm and the jacuzzi was a dream. The food from the bar was delicious with many gluten free options. Tasha served us our food and she was a star so helpful and friendly. The only suggestion I could give to improve is modernising the hallways a little and improving the appearance of the room windows from the outside as they looked a little underwhelming on first arrival, however these are just superficial things as they were perfectly clean and everywhere else looked beautiful!

A very last minute booking. Room was comfortable and clean. Only not getting full marks because - the shower wasn’t draining and the water pressure and heat in the bathroom sink was way too high. It splashed everywhere and the water was too hot too quickly. Mentioned to staff on checkout.

Great hotel, bed was super comfortable however your plumbing needs a little work with the noise it makes when running water. If someone was in the shower it went off ever ten seconds like a train horn and it became irritating. Didn’t matter if you used the shower, toilet or sink it went off. Other than that, it’s a fabulous hotel, stunning in and out.
