The Hotel was very nice, clean and air conditioned.We didn't have breakfast or Dinner so can't comment on that. Rooms were clean. Could do with a lick of paint, bathroom/toilet very small but usable, asked for a coffee at 9.30pm but the machine had already been switchef off, all in all good stay

The public areas are great and beautifully air-conned! The roof terrace is awesome, even though the G&T is a tad pricey. The team were knowledgeable and helpful. The room are simple in some ways, but you can tell that the design and extras have been well thought out!

Just what was needed for a night in London while attending a concert at the O2. Clean, comfortable and cool room. Not particularly big, but that wasn’t needed. Easy connections to public transport. Would recommend and stay again.

The room we had was ideal for one nights stay, clean, tea & coffee making facilities, decent shower, working aircon, if I was staying longer it may of been nice to have a room with a TV (there wasn’t one in the room) however for our requirements it was fine.

We absolutely loved our stay at Good Hotel. It was spotlessly clean and everything was well-maintained, and staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The sound-proofing between rooms is the only slight niggle - in that there isn't much! But we moved to a water-view room, and that side of the hotel seemed quieter. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from both the DLR and Elizabeth Line and with a Tesco Express across the road. The pizza bus immediately outside serves incredible stonebaked pizza - very highly recommended. The setting on the water is also lovely; we enjoyed watching the geese, ducks, swans and cormorants. The price was incredible, especially for London, and I'd happily stay again.

So this is a waterfront hotel modeled after a Pod Hotel. The rooms are basically 20' container size, ergonomically designed to provide as many amenities as possible in a room half the size of my walk in closet. The bed is comfortable, but runs wall to wall to window. THERE IS NO CLOSET, 6 plugs booked into the wall to hang clothes. Pretty awesome for a student, but I was traveling on business at the start of 5 weeks with suits and oxfords to hang. Food or over priced and GE grade (good enough). Now that's the forensic review. This is a culturally/socially conscious hotel, and for that I'll overrate! Each room has a name on the door because that room supports that person in Central/South America with a week of school for every night booked. As much as I like my 5 Star $600/night hotels, I cannot ignore the social equity this business claims, that seems legitimate. So, I'll probably stay there again, though not for business.... As a novelty when I'm in London with my wife.

Felt relaxed and comfortable in this hotel, even though I was a single guest, as the staff made me feel very welcome and at home. I liked the ethical elements of this hotel. I enjoyed the rooftop bar & being able to order dinner up there too. Cosy room with no tv, which is perfect as it meant I couldn’t hear anyone else’s tv either! My room had a view of the water and water skiers. Housekeeping was top class.

The hotel staff and concept of the hotel was most redeeming and excellent. Everyone working for the hotel were exceptional and my opening experience was with Kieran and Raluca and closing with Randa. There were many others too. The social impact values were embedded throughout the hotel. Stunning location and area. The rooms felt very basic and very small compared to the lobby area. It felt in the room quite claustrophobic.
