Firstly I absolutely loved the location snd wonderful views. And the room was a good size space. We arrived late but I believed we were greeted by Yama, hope I got the name right apologies if wrong. Very professional lovely lady. My favourite area was the spa, great steam rooms and I nice pool. Breakfast was ok, I had these lovely veggie sausages. Anything you asked for they would prepare. Most wonderful part was being greeted by Vicky every morning with a smile and having all the guest laughing. This is true customer service Vicky a gem. Even with some staff shortest you could see how professional this hotel all work. Its lovely to see somewhere I'm not seeing the stress on everyone's faces. And I know there was a wedding on. My only gripe was our fan did work but had a dodgy button which didn't. So maybe check everything before adding it to the rooms. Overall I really enjoyed my weekend thanks to all the staff.

I was one of a quite a few wedding guests staying at the hotel? Luckily our room had Aircon which was lovely but I know quite a few of the other rooms didn’t have Aircon so I think that would be advisable to be put in all the rooms

Nice location, but VERY outdated. Stayed Friday to Monday, 1st 2 nights loud groups (Golfers) outside the building and through the hallways from 11pm to 3am both nights having a good time but got to the point where staff should of stepped in. Sunday Night was great very peaceful. Food was really good quality in the evenings but a very small choice, so wanted something different the next couple of nights so went else where. Breakfast was very basic to the point only coffee available was instant sachets. Staff was really friendly and seemed generally interested for the reasons you was staying there.

Room was up in the roof. There was a air cooling unit, but we had to fill it up ourselves, but with the window open it was still way too hot and too much noise from golfers on the terrace. Didn't sleep.

The room was fairly big, clean and our children had their own beds which was good. The pool can only be used by over 16s which was the main reason we booked, but my fault for not checking. Breakfast was fine, but understaffed (just one person), our son was handed cutlery and told to make up our table which we thought was a bit unprofessional. While this wasn’t an expensive hotel, I still don’t think we got good value and wouldn’t stay again.

The pool was closed for planned maintenance, but they didn't tell us (it is now stated on the hotel listing, but wasn't when we booked and we were not informed of the change). Also in case you didn't see the pool is not free for hotel guests. The room was very nice and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good, and if you tell them you're vegetarian/vegan they will cook vegan sausages for you (not available on normal buffet). Have plenty of EV chargers on site.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was spotless. We had a lovely breakfast each morning. The coffee in the restaurant was good, not so good in the room. The rooms don’t have usb ports or aircon. Not all rooms are accessible via the lift so if you have accessibility issues you should check this out before booking. There is plenty of parking and there are charging points. And if you’re a golfer this is the place to stay.

Nice room, public spaces are functional not particularly inviting, one of our party had a room with no air conditioning, in fairness the hotel doesn't list air-conditioning as a facility but I think most people would assume that a fairly modern building like this would have it. Also the aircon in our room would not respond to the temperature adjustments, so it was either on full blast or turned off, not ideal. Bed was comfortable, nice towels. I was quite impressed with the bar staff, they worked well together, but for a place of this capacity the bar seemed a bit small, maybe there's another bar we didn't find. Overall it was good, and reasonably priced.

Low quality hotel and setup. Rip off prices for F1 weekend with no service. £500 for night with no breakfast included No swimming pool Whole place is tired and dated. Only positive was view from hotel bedroom and large carpark. Even the golf course was deserted which says a lot! Not worth more than £100 per night

Not fit for purpose! Either a total comprehensive refurbishment or demolish the place. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The quilt had coffee stains on it. The curtain net was missing from the window. The bin had not been emptied as there was old milk and coffee saches from previous guest. Expensive for the quality of accommodation.

I booked through Expedia and didn't realise that even though it says the hotel has air con. That is only if you book a room with air con. Standard rooms don't have it. Our first roo. Had a meagre fan and smelt bad. However the staff were great and moved us to a room with air con and we were lucky as it was the last one! But the bathroom was not clean. Had to get people to come and clean the bath which had scummy around it at the bottom and the room door was broken and the top. I only booked this hotel because it has a pool and I have a bad back. But had to pay extra £20 per person which we decided not to do. And the breakfast was also am extra £20 per person. Which we didn't have as we had to leave early so I would have been better of staying elsewhere.

The hotel area, landscape and grounds absolutely exceptional. Hotel inside is clean and tidy. which includes reception and the catering/dining section. Some other elements appear really dated e.g. carpets and stairwells, which make specific odours. The hotel I can see have done some renovations and furniture renewals which I assume with and overall plan to modernise further. The room was always looked after on request no issues there. windows in rooms we were in needed cleaning/replacing. Low humming noises which disturbed sleep and winding down. Staff reaction and action to requests were very good with a kind temperament. The stay though was Lovely and great space for relaxing and "getting away from it all" - i would come back again.
