This was a perfect location for our trip to London. It is right next to a tube station, there are 2 supermarkets, several food outlets surrounding, and was very clean and had everything we needed. There were an additional 2 spare pillows in the room, as well as a hairdryer and toiletries. It was fairly quiet and we didn't have any disturbances overnight. The air conditioning in the room was very good. I even let them know it was my partners birthday and they wrote a card and provided 2 chocolates, which was a lovely touch. All staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. A perfect base for us, we'd definitely stay again.

I travelled to London with my husband to see Lily Allen at The 02. I have a leg injury so had to use a mobility scooter. There is a through lift from street level up to reception. I requested an accessible room. The room was quite compact so had to walk around the scooter. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom had a shower seat and pull down grab rails. I’m not sure if you could get a wheelchair past the bed and into the bathroom. I used crutches so wasn’t an issue. Could have done with a power socket on both sides of the bed but managed. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help us get a taxi into the city. The WiFi was easy to access.

The hotel was perfectly good in every way except for the noise that carried on throughout the evening and stopped me from sleeping well. We didn't have any rooms next to ours and it was a Monday night, so really not sure what was the cause but I'd never stay again because of that. The location was good-- across the street from the underground, staff perfectly nice, (though bar staff didn't know how to make a martini), room perfectly good but a hotel is for sleeping and I was woken up every hour or two. I am a light sleeper but some of the noises could be heard by my partially deaf husband.

Very nice place to stay, great location to get to London Stadium. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Only downside was our air conditioning wasn’t working properly in our room. Also there was a terrible smell at 8am from the air con so we had to leave the room quickly.
