ibis London Canning Town

This was a great choice for a place to stay while attending a large conference at the ExCel centre. It is convenient to both instructions and overground rail lines. The attached bistro is open late. The time are more than adequate and very clean. I would return without hesitation

The hotel itself is new, clean, and perfect. We stayed here for 6 nights and it was a great experience. The location is not in the busy neighborhood but it is literally across the street from the train station, where I took everyday during our stay. The room was not huge but comfortable and big enough for us. We did have breakfast at the hotel which was a great decision. Overall, 10/10!

This was a perfect location for our trip to London. It is right next to a tube station, there are 2 supermarkets, several food outlets surrounding, and was very clean and had everything we needed. There were an additional 2 spare pillows in the room, as well as a hairdryer and toiletries. It was fairly quiet and we didn't have any disturbances overnight. The air conditioning in the room was very good. I even let them know it was my partners birthday and they wrote a card and provided 2 chocolates, which was a lovely touch. All staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. A perfect base for us, we'd definitely stay again.

stayed as a 1 night stayover from traveling from Europe. ive stayed many times before. air-con, onsite bar and opposite the road to Canning Town DLR.

Quick to check in, tidy, clean, air-conditioned and very near to the tube station.

Good location with very convenient transportation to many London downtown.

I travelled to London with my husband to see Lily Allen at The 02. I have a leg injury so had to use a mobility scooter. There is a through lift from street level up to reception. I requested an accessible room. The room was quite compact so had to walk around the scooter. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom had a shower seat and pull down grab rails. I’m not sure if you could get a wheelchair past the bed and into the bathroom. I used crutches so wasn’t an issue. Could have done with a power socket on both sides of the bed but managed. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help us get a taxi into the city. The WiFi was easy to access.

Room was clean , bathroom was clean and the shower was very good, nice and hot. All staff I encountered were very friendly and polite.

The only gripe I would have, is there weren't any hand towels in the room!

Great location to get to Central London. Clean, hotel, with friendly kind staff.

The hotel was perfectly good in every way except for the noise that carried on throughout the evening and stopped me from sleeping well. We didn't have any rooms next to ours and it was a Monday night, so really not sure what was the cause but I'd never stay again because of that. The location was good-- across the street from the underground, staff perfectly nice, (though bar staff didn't know how to make a martini), room perfectly good but a hotel is for sleeping and I was woken up every hour or two. I am a light sleeper but some of the noises could be heard by my partially deaf husband.

Loved this hotel. Really lovely place, so convenient opposite the tube, air conditioning, lovely food, 24 hour bar. Fab vibe.

Price reasonable. Staff friendly. Room size small.

Nice hotel conveniently located opposite the station. Efficient check and clean and comfortable room. I was impressed and would definitely stay here again.
