Staff make the hotel. Had a bath tub toilet combo. Bath was extremely clean. Really pleased as thats how I judge cleanliness. Carpet in the room could have been vacummed more but bed clean, white sheets comfy, not even one stain. Impressed. Asked for a particular room my child is SEN, that was also given with no hassle (obviously within the price range booked). Really happy, kind staff especially room service the staff who delivered breakfast to room 248 on the 26 May. Its our second time staying. We switch between this hotel and Hilton. We will return. Side note parking is about £20 per day. Once you park, go inside the hotel and follow instructions. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff were very helpful, the location was excellent and the breakfast had a good selection of cereal and hot food as well as pastries and fruit juice.

The station is next to the hotel and follow the Taxi signs as the Taxi rank is next to the hotel. Perfect if you don't want to walk far and then need a taxi from hotel to anywhere. I shall stay here again.

We booked in for two nights to attend a local wedding. The hotel was in a great location right next to the station and about a 15 minute walk down to the seaside. The rooms however, were quite frankly, bad. There were multiple mysterious stains on the carpet, the bedding felt cheap, and the bathroom was horrendous. There was no door to the shower, and the curtain only came about halfway to the top of the tub so the bathroom flooded when we showered. We also were only given two towels the first night, which was difficult. The leather headboard on our bed was cracked and peeling. This didn't bother us much, but the room overlooked the railroad tracks and we did hear trains all night. Overall, the hotel felt tired, and very much not worth the 651 quid we paid for two nights.

The room was ok the receptionist was friendly but did not give us the voucher for breakfast that we had paid for - so we were not allowed in the restaurant and had to go and look for the receptionist who took our money - luckily he was on duty . We booked through Expedia for 3 people but on arrival it was only booked for 1 person so we had to pay extra which we were not happy about !

I stayed here while attending a work conference elsewhere in Brighton. I have no complaints about the hotel at all. It was clean and well maintained. It had everything I needed for my stay. The location is excellent (right by the train station).
