The room was impeccably clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommending

The rooms were very small and cramped, and I was placed in a basement room. I was lucky to have a window, but I didn't feel comfortable leaving it open since it seemed like someone could easily access the room from outside. There was no air conditioning, although I understand that's fairly common in London. The room keys also stopped working several times. Since there was only one person managing the entire property, they had to lock the front door whenever they stepped away to help guests, which could be inconvenient. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and seemed to run the place as a family business. The location was excellent—very convenient and close to everything. If you're just looking for a place to store your belongings and sleep, it does the job. The initial price was reasonable, but extending my stay by an extra night was much more expensive. I can't really blame the property for that, as prices can vary.

The room was small. The bed sheet on one of the beds had a mark. The electricity went out when we got there. Hot room not much ventilation. No bar or restaurant facilities. Not worth the money we paid.

They gave us a below ground room with no Air-conditioner

Room was clean, staff were very helpful and friendly. However the bed was very small! Not big enough for two adults! The area was lovely and quiet and we walked most places!

No air conditioning as it was in the 30+ degree range. Just an oscillating fan. Basement units were noisy.

Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. Staff is very helpful. Lots of places close by to eat at. Tesco for grocery items less then 10 minutes away. Victoria station is about 10 minutes away.

Perfect little room. Newly renovated. Just lovely. Let me check in early after a long flight. I will be back!

It was close to everything

Wish we’d caught everyone’s names. Kim was the last person we spoke to and she was lovely, but the whole team were like that for the full two days. Two room issues. Broken telly, room power cut. Sorted both times without any fuss. Rooms were fine. Clean, comfortable, did the job. The people though. That’s why we’ll be back.

This is a very small hotel managed by kind people who sought to be helpful. There is no air-conditioning here. Our room was on the fourth floor and it had to have been over 80 degrees in the room. By no fault of the hotel, our stay was during a very significant heat wave in the UK, and we checked out after a few hours and switched to a hotel down the street that had AC. We feared possible medical complications if we tried to stay in that heat without AC. Again, the people were kind and helpful. There was nothing they could do about the heat.

We had a basement room at the front of the hotel. We stayed during a heatwave and were very grateful for the provided fan. Would have loved to be able to open the window more - only one small one at the top could be tipped open. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. A double bed and two twin beds were provided. The neighborhood was very quiet - hard to believe we were in such a big city. Short walk to the Victoria tube station which would have felt shorter if not for the extreme heat. Two stops to Trafalgar Square. Delicious pain au chocolates at the bakery around the corner! Recommend if you’re looking for a basic, affordable hotel near the London sights.

There is no air conditioning but fans are available. Miss the continental breakfast. Great location and only a few minutes walk to Victoria station.

Coffee, tea and a biscuit with a hotpot in our room! Beds were very comfortable. Towels are big and fluffy. Front desk friendly and helpful. An added bonus is a lift!
