As soon as we went through the revolving doors we were hit with the most unbelievable lovely smell which I likened to that of the Vdara in Vegas. Everything was on point and way above expectations. Would highly recommend to any travelers needing a room before or after a Heathrow flight OR as a base for that area!

We were early to the hotel and weren’t made aware of the secure room where we could store our luggage before check in. Rather, we paid $120 Canadian to check in early. After we paid, we then found out about the room. We were very disappointed to find this out as it wasn’t presented as an option upon arrival.

The Moxy was an exceptional airport hotel. The staff were very welcoming and the hotel had a surprisingly large lounging area in the first floor. I would recommend this airport hotel if you don’t have many bags as it is a bit of a commute from the airport by public transportation (bus).

The 1st floor room is a bit noisy as the ground floor is a restaurant and bar, and the air conditioner is too hot even you set up a lower temperature. Breakfast is not too many choices, you can skip it.
