We had to stay here due to our flight being cancelled. A bit of miscommunication at check in time. But thanks to Ash the night receptionist everything was smooth.

Room was clean. Comfy bed. Gym is good. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

I took my daughter on vacation and we stayed at the Moxy. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The brunch was huge, delicious and with many different selections. The games they have in their common areas made great memories for my daughter and I. I would love to stay there again!

Great room for our first night in England. They allowed us to check in early, which was VERY appreciated, since we hadn’t quite adjusted to the time difference coming from the US. The room was nice, simple, and comfortable. We were very pleased with the staff and our stay!! Would definitely stay again!!

stayed here for an overnight layover. room was clean and the bed was comfortable. all we needed and it was perfect

This is a fantastic hotel with friendly staff and a modern common area that is great to hang out in for food and fun.

Very friendly staff at Reception, surrounding area horrible, did manage to find a Indian restaurant nearby Simply Delicious Panjabi Cuisine, really good fresh made food, really friendly Manager and waitress but restaurant needs a makeover urgently. Room at the Hotel spotlessly clean, really lovely shower. Was lucky to get a room before 1300 as check in is at 1500, they can never guarantee that service. I must have looked an idiot coz it took me 15 mins of walking around reception/ lounge to find a clean chair or sofa to sit on. Nearly all the upholstered chairs were dirty and stained, and all the others were hard and uncomfortable. People had left their rubbish lying around and not one of the staff in the hour I sat there came and cleaned up. Reception toilets were clean thank goodness. Great service of shuttle in the morning to the airport . Just pay on the bus. I would not stay again.

Great location. Easy access from Heathrow airport. Conveniently next door to car hire collection. Very welcoming staff. Room had everything I needed for a 2 night stay. Tesco next door and a few doors down for restaurants and takeaway. My husband arrived from a long haul flight and had time to shower before i checked out. Great waiting space for his arrival. We will certainly use again .

Wow.... our room was clean and very comfortable. Several food options close by. Restaurant and bars on site had great food and drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms were clean and well appointed. Bathroom was big designed for mobility issues - apparently all of our floor was so designed. Great! Bed was comfy as was the sofa bed. Breakfast buffet was pricey but on par with other London prices for a large breakfast. Coffee was good and plentiful. Had dinner at the bar one night and it was fine - not great but fine. Bar food is pretty typical. We checked out at 3 AM and the lobby was staffed. Amazing. So we felt safe standing outside waiting for the Uber. The lobby kiosk was extremely helpful in setting up the 3 AM pick up for the airport. We also used it for tourism tickets. One thing we would have liked - a paper map with the "tube" stations and bus numbers marked that are close by.

Hotel was ok but the bed was horrible, so soft. The pillows were the opposite, hard as stone. Struggled to sleep all night and the air con sounded like it was going to take off.

Great location to the airport and good vibes

Stayed here before and it’s always been a good option before flying from Heathrow. This time it wasn’t up to scratch. The room smelt of smoke - fresh smoke like perhaps the person before had been chain smoking. The bathroom door didn’t close properly either and the pillows were pathetic. Wouldn’t stay again - for the price there are many other options in the area.

Clean hotel. Good location for airport terminals.
