It was clean, great location near Hyde park . No coffee maker unfortunately, it was hot at nights , the heater wasn’t very well controlled. Also there was no water for drinking in rooms . Overall very good .

Great location. Good kitchen for its size. Furnishings not comfortable. Sofa worn and lumpy, bed quite hard. Shower only rain shower head, making it difficult to take a quick shower without getting hair wet.

The photos and information on the site are not a reflection of what you get. Instead of the attractive, sunny rooms featured I was assigned a dark, basement "premium" suite with dirty carpets and filthy blinds. There should be clear information that highlights if you are in the basement versus the upper floors with pricing adjusted accordingly. This is standard practice on most sites to be transparent. When I requested that we be moved to a higher floor I was told it was impossible as the rooms were assigned by AI. A very poor customer experience all around.

Great location and friendly helpful staff. Nice decorated and spacious rooms, but the comfort (sounds and air) of the rooms depending where in the building. Recommend 1st floor and above for a pleasant stay. We stayed for three nights, but the room where never cleaned in between, maybe it wasn´t included. There where no mini shop at the hotel, but nearby shops at Paddington station. The room offered tea, instant coffe and mini bottles of milk, but no water bottles. The bed and pillows was a little bit firm. Over all a nice hotel!

The location was GREAT but the room was small. For our stay, there was quite a delay for check in (the rooms weren't ready at the standard check-in time). There was a washing machine in the room which was a pleasant surprise.

Personale gentilissimo, la nostra stanza era pronta molto prima rispetto all’orario di check-in e con una bimba piccola è stato perfetto. C’è anche la possibilità di fare late check-out. Appartamento spazioso e cucina fornita di praticamente tutto il necessario per cucinare. Ci hanno fornito anche una culletta per la bimba. Posizione ottima a due passi dalla stazione di Paddington, perfetto per chi come noi arriva da Heathrow. E a due passi da kensington gardens. Lo consiglio assolutamente, noi torneremo sicuramente!

Great location round the corner from Paddington and two mins walk from Hyde park, excellent rooms and decor - stayed in a one bed apartment. Communal areas very nice too. Super clean and well kitted out. Whole access, check in and out was via access code / text/whatsapp which worked seamlessly, and there was someone on the desk 24/7 if we needed , which we didn’t. Rooms were very warm, but was cold weather and could easily cool with open windows. Will definitely use again when travelling with family.

The rooms were very spacious, clean and well equipped. It was lovely to walk in and immediately had a cup of tea. Shower was great. Beds were comfortable. The absolute best was the location… very nicely located. I did t live that my whole party of three, including my son had to provide passports and a slew of information but other than that it was perfect. Virginia (Ginny) was excellent.
