Very handy location. Bus to Heathrow useful

Excellent staff throughout. Friendly, helpful. Room clean and good quality throughout.

For the price, the room needs a refresh urgently, in order for it to keep up with the masses of Heathrow competition. I paid extra for the runway view but the windows are so dirty that you can’t see anything. The T5 Thistle is half the price and on par for amenities, albeit a smaller room.

The hotel is in a good location bar and Resturant was lovely with friendly and helpful staff and good value Room was well equipped but thin walls could hear a lot of chatter in the small hours but other than that would recommend

Close to airport. There is a bus but it costs about $15 per person.

It was a good value stay and the food was good.

Clean beds, comfortable. The view of the airport was amazing. Loved every minute of our stay. The executive lounge was nice and the restaurant was reasonably priced.

The room was fairly clean but the building is a little dated. I found the room quite cold and it seemed no matter how high I regulate d the thermostat, it remained cold with the aircon blasting cold air. I slept in my PJs and socks under a duvet, but still awoke frozen! At this point, I had to ring the front desk to ask for how to regulate the thermostat and they readily offered to bring in a heater This suggests to me that they knew they had a problem. Breakfast was ok I had a.full English and a hot beverage. The bathroom design could be better as the floor was quite wet after my shower.

Room was very clean, food in the restaurant was good & sensibly priced. All the staff we had contact with were nice & polite.

Cleanliness was very good! Breakfast was good as well. I loved that there was a transportation person at the from door to help with options on getting to Heathrow. Only issue were had was the WiFi would not connect in our room, otherwise we had a great one night stay.

Handy location and a 12pm check out was great. Friendly helpful staff.

Good size Bedrooms. The giftshop for snackies (our dinner) closes early on Sunday, not helpful for us.

The best view of the runway at Heathrow - a dream for an aviation geek like myself! First class soundproofing too

We spent 1 night there to take an early flight and it was very comfortable and convenient.
