Stayed 1 night, room very clean, bed lovely and comfortable, could have done with a few more pots of milk , but would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of over nighting for a flight out of Heathrow

This is a very clean and efficiently run hotel. The staff is sensitive to the needs of travelers and is very helpful in solving problems. Restaurant serves good food with a smile. Will use the again when faced with a quick stop over.

The staff were incredible and the food / service at the bar was one of the best meals of our trip! Really happy we opted to stay here. Also helpful having the shuttle stop there consistently!

The check-in system was down on arrival so slowed it down but staff did explain and apologise. Emailed them a few days before arrival and was assured the sofa bed would be made up on arrival and it wasn’t. The sofa bed was not fit for anyone to sleep on. The mattress on it was only about 2 inches thick and worn away to nothing. Also woken up twice by the maid coming in the room even with the do not disturb up. Real shame this visit as we always use this hotel and always been 5/5 in the past.
