The Gresham Aparthotel

The fridge in the room had cloves of garlic, eggs and breaded fish fillets from previous guest. It wasn't cleaned out. A cup was not clean and washed properly. Empty packets of sugar found in sugar/coffee tin. The tv speaker wasn't working. Card system to activate lights are tricky to work if you are a first time guest. Not clear there is a dimmer switch ti turn on the lights. Reception staff was well presented but not very conversational despite me being polite. Check-in process was smooth however.

Needed to add an extra night due to one of my siblings being end of life. The lady on reception was so kind to find me a good rate and stay in the same room. This is why I choose to stay at the Gresham every time I need to visit my family. I can’t fault the place in the least. Will keep coming back whenever I am able.

I enjoyed my stay so much, I extended my stay for another week.

Quick easy check in and was able to check in early due to room being ready

Room was very cold. Arctic cold. Bathroom was equally as cold and the heater in the bathroom didnt work. They didn't have a spare room so gave a portable heater to warm the room up at 1a.

Great staff very convenient for city centre

Nice enough for the price, furniture in rooms probably needs a bit of TLC. The signage for getting to the rooms on each floor is incredibly confusing however and it took a while to initially find the room. Breakfast was decent.

Clean

Cannot fault any element of the hotel with the only issue being the lack of parking - overnight local parking is expensive and the traffic in the area is always busy. This should not put you off as the hotel itself is great.

Clean room, clean bathroom, nice room overall. Hardly got to enjoy it as I checked in quite late and left by 11am checkout. Would of liked the checkout to be a bit later.

Always a warm welcome at The Gresham. Rooms very well appointed and clean.

Waited at check in desk for approximately 10 minutes before anybody came and acknowledged us by which time there were another 3 people waiting. Lift was out of use but got told thete was a back lift to use so that was ok. Room itself was clean and bed was comfortable. However, bathroom sink was blocked and the lights had to be re set in the middle of the night with key card. The windows didn't close fully due to them being over painted which made for a noisy night as you could here cars - police sirens and people heading home after there night out.

Amazing room, spotlessly clean, good friendly staff, my only doubt was that my bed was 2 single beds joined together, at homeI naturally sleep in the middle of the bed, so was unable to...I will definalty be back to stay again, one of the best places I have stayed, Clean, safe and very rwasonably priced

Room was spotless and as requested a romantic theme was provided. staff were very friendly and helpful. Will 100% return in future!

Clean room, great breakfast. Interrupted sleep through inconsiderate guests coming in at 3am and then taking a shower in the room above. This is third time i've stayed here and will do again.

Our whole family came here for a wedding the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Clean room, good location, friendly staff!

We had an amazing room on the corner of the top floor. The views from both sides were really pretty. However we did miss complementary items like: No milk, no Wi-Fi instructions, no dressing gowns. Alternatively a pool or a gym would have given more value for the price
