All good. Especially the two young ladies at reception(sorry didn’t get their names). Very pleased with everything. Only slight disappointment was the lack of views from the window. Would 100% stay again but ask for room with better view. I live in Leicester and stayed in most of the hotels. This is definitely one of the better ones. Please don’t stay at the Hilton. It’s disgusting

Was slightly disappointed with the room. Expected higher quality feel. Was a large space, but only a standard double sized bed. Outer windows could be closed fully (old) and this was supplemented with secondary double glazing which was nowhere near sufficient to keep out the very noisy area below, which remained until 6am. We slept very badly. Staff both on arrival and at the bar later were friendly which helped. Unlikely to used this hotel again though.

Convenient location. I’ve stayed a couple of times and will probably stay again. Breakfast option pretty limited but there are some good places for breakfast near by or take advantage of the facilities and DIY breakfast.

Staff were super friendly, room was spacious, well equipped and perfect for what needed (bed was also super comfy) only downside was our room didn't really have any natural light being inward facing and was in need a good deep clean as floor was v dusty.

Good central location, clean rooms and nice hotel. The windowless room was fine at night, but felt strange not to know what the weather was like until you'd steeped outside in the morning. The bed was oddly shaped and tiny though - our feet hung off the end...!

Great location for the Curve Theatre. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. Really liked having laminate flooring which felt cleaner than usual carpet. The AC was also very useful and quiet. We found the kitchen could have done with a few more basic items - e.g chopping board, tin opener, potato peeler & measuring jug, a second smaller saucepan. The one saucepan had no lid, However, the use of an air fryer and sharp knives were very helpful and available on request. If cooking, I’d take a few items with you and a spare tea towel as there is no draining board area. Blackout curtains would have been helpful, as the room was never quite dark enough at night due to the lights outside. This affected my sleep - I’d bring a sleep mask next time. I would staying again.

We reserved a 2-bedroom suite with a king bed in one. They gave us two twin beds and said they could push them together. This is not a king bed. The suite was exceptionally noisy all hours of the night with a hydraulic exit door next to us. Kitchen offered one pot and one pan so was in no way adequate for cooking. Second bedroom locked you out and required room key to get back in every time. We paid for 3 days and left after 2, no refund offered despite not providing us with the King bed suite that we paid for.

A spacious room with comfortable bed, convenient kitchen and shower room. We upgraded on arrival to a superior room on arrival for a small fee which I think was worth it. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Leicester. We didn't use the the bar or restaurant so can't comment but they looked good.

This is so much better than a hotel. The room is big and airy with a little kitchen so we could make a snack and mugs of tea and coffee. Loved having a sofa and a table and chairs. The bathroom was immaculate. Check in and out was easy and staff were friendly. The area is quiet but the city centre is an easy walk so the location is ideal. Breakfast was excellent.
