Booked this hotel as it had a family room and wasn’t too far away from the ABBA voyage event. Clean, comfortable beds and it had air conditioning. Which was most welcome as we went to London during the heat wave. Great choice of breakfast on offer and the food was lovely. Would book there again.

Room was immaculate! Everything you need. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was 10/10 and the 20% off was a lovely touch. For us the only down side was we found the bed a bit hard. Would we stay again ? Definitely

Make sure you have parking booked. I turned up and there was no record of my booking. This meant I had to find a space on the street in an unknown area. Rooms and hotel are well maintained but no glasses in the bathroom, the toilet didn’t flush and the sky light didn’t have blinds so we were woken up very early by the sun coming through. Rooms Expensive for what you get.

the room was very clean and well dressed, simple and contemporary. the menu is extensive and delicious. the staff are very accommodating and friendly. there's even a restaurant discount for hotel guests. the reception and restaurant are pretty and it is a very nice place to stay. would definitely recommend.

Man on reception was rude. Woman behind the bar was great on the first night but on the second the other woman was again very rude. Rooms weren't cleaned and towels weren't replaced. Parking is limited to 6 spaces. 4 of these were taken up by members of staff. Would never book this hotel ever again. Save your money.
