This is one of the best stays I’ve had. I stay in many fine hotels every year but Kamp was just perfect. Great bed, quiet room, great breakfast, very walkable, great location. Really lovely bathroom…everything just perfect. I will definitely stay again.

In general, an excellent 5-star hotel, full of history, with current rates that offer good value for the money. Very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is amazing, especially the fruit section, and the buffet menu is top-notch. Customer service in the restaurant is top-notch. However, this initial opinion has some negatives, especially regarding housekeeping. The employee who cleaned our room forgot to close the door, and when we came back, the door was wide open for several hours. I applied to the front desk; they checked the cameras and assured me that nobody came to the room during this period. The front desk employees were very prompt, recognizing the mistake and sent complimentary champagne on behalf of the hotel. I thought this was it, but at checkout, I found an unknown charge for the minibar chocolate, which the front desk resolved immediately. In summary, this is a good hotel with excellent front desk and restaurant customer service, but poor housekeeping, which brings down the overall impression of the hotel.

Its in the middle of the city. I would stay in this hotel again the only downside is the major construction work in the whole of the hotel frontage and restaurant is being renovated. You may hear construction noises. We didnt hear any in our room. Otherwise perfect place to stay..

It’s an outstanding hotel with unsurpassed service. Pristine facilities and great food choices for breakfast or room service. Gym is small but functional. There is renovation going on at the hotel, but they make it virtually invisible to the guests. Special thanks for this.

Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly helpful, personable and had great humor. The breakfasts were fabulous and the ambiance in the hotel, breakfast, and evening meals/bar were chill and so nice.
