From the moment we arrived, Grégoire went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. His hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a difference and helped make our trip even more enjoyable. We highly recommend staying here and would gladly return in the future. I had a wonderful stay in at Maison Carl B&B. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The area is absolutely charming, and it's just a short drive to all the beautiful attractions nearby. Highly recommend staying here!

The pictures did not match the room we slept in. The pillowcases and sheets and lines were smelling human sweat. We did not access to any amenities. The room was not killing, and the windows are open to the street, which was very noisy. There was no accommodation for early breakfast and nobody was available at the property to help us regarding any issues or questions.

We had an excellent stay at the bnb, very clean, beautiful room, with decent temperature control. Close to amenities. Friendly host. Definitely recommend this as great stay in La Colle-sur-Loup

What a wonderful place. A 300 year old family home in a series of quaint alleys with 6 or 8 restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was amazing and such a value, homemade bread and pastries made that morning by Gregoria the host. I already want to go back!

Great location great vibes. Family owned business. The hotel is 300 years old, which was pretty cool.

This bed and breakfast is nothing like what’s shown in the pictures. The listing gives the impression of a charming and well-kept place, but the reality was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, there is no one to welcome you. Instead, we rang a bell and talked to someone via an intercom. The keys are simply left in the room. The moment we entered, we were hit by a strong sewer smell that made the space feel immediately unpleasant. It only got worse from there. The sheets and couch were visibly stained, and the bathroom had mold in the shower. It was clear the place is not being maintained properly. We were shocked that this property has such a high rating on Hotels.com—it is by far the worst accommodation we’ve ever been to. We ended up leaving because the conditions were unacceptable and nothing like what we had booked based on the listing. When we requested a refund, the host was rude and refused to reimburse us. The host told us that the rates reflect the condition of the place. At $200 per night, I would really expect much better. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely. It’s misleading, dirty, and not worth the bad experience.

Amazingly beautiful BnB. Comfortable rooms and beds. Lovely town right outside of St. Paul de Vence. This is a family run BnB and the owner is delightful. Use your google maps to find the place and you will probably have to park nearby at a church/public parking, but it is barely a block or two away. The BnB is quaint and the garden seating where you can have a glass or wine or your delicious breakfast served. Don't skip the breakfast. The owner is a fabulous cook and everything is freshly made. There isn't an elevator, so if you have trouble going up stairs, ask for a lower level room. If you don't, head up to the third floor and enjoy the amazing views. This is a gem of a BnB. It is what you dream of when you think charmingly French.

We had a wonderful stay at Maison Carles BnB. Our room was exactly as pictured on Expedia very charming and comfortable. Our host Grégoire makes an amazing breakfast with fresh baked bread and the outdoor dining space is pure eye candy. The town had a really good vibe and despite our very limited French, people were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Bright white tone decoration of the room gave us happy virus. Patio garden for breakfast area was great with beautiful flowers. Breakfast was very good, but serving eggs would be add valued.

Charming property situated in a splendid village near St Paul de Vence & Nice.

Loved the property. Close to bus stop and the village centre. The owner was lovely. We got there early and before check in but he was gracious to let us check in early. The breakfast was also good This is somewhere I will consider staying again.

The village is nice and quiet. Nice and fresh river nearby. Accommodations are basic, comfortable, and relative clean. We had no problems finding a parking spot within 200 meters from the B&B. Our suite was for 5 people with a mezzanine. Our host Grégoire was friendly and available. Despite the air conditioning, the loft area remained very warm. Excellent breakfast: homemade bread, a variety of homemade jams, croissant, pain au chocolat… Better than average.
