There's another room with the same name, which is confusing. And There's a lot of difference from the information in the details. The number of beds was also insufficient than explained. They said there was a laundry facility, but it's generally not available to customers. If you use it, they charge a ridiculously high rate. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I could experience what it feels like to live in one of the beautiful old European houses. Unit was clean and neat. Bedding were so comfy. Can't find nothing to complain about. Gregory was so welcoming and he had excellent sense of humor. Had so much fun everytime I had talk with him. Breakfast place is a MUST. As soon as you open the door, you will be fascinated by the warm and cozy atmosphere.

Room and the bath room were both so clean that I felt like at home. The house was quite, cozy, and beautiful. The host was kind and breakfast was good. I satisfied with everything sincerely!^^

직원은 매우 친절했다. 에어컨은 되지 않았으나 다행히 많이 덥지는 않아서 좋았다. 위치가 골목에 위치하고 있어서 찾아가는 것이 어려웠다. 주차장은 따로 없었고 호텔 앞에 골목 주차를 해야 했다. 방은 매우 넓고 편했다. 주방 설비가 있어서 간단한 요리도 가능했다. 교회가 바로 앞에 있어서 늦은 시간까지 매 시간 마다 종이 울렸다. 아침 식사는 매우 만족했다. 정원이 아름답고 전형적인 프랑스 민박의 느낌이었다.

If you like old world charm, then this is the perfect place for you!

What a wonderful place. A 300 year old family home in a series of quaint alleys with 6 or 8 restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was amazing and such a value, homemade bread and pastries made that morning by Gregoria the host. I already want to go back!

This bed and breakfast is nothing like what’s shown in the pictures. The listing gives the impression of a charming and well-kept place, but the reality was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, there is no one to welcome you. Instead, we rang a bell and talked to someone via an intercom. The keys are simply left in the room. The moment we entered, we were hit by a strong sewer smell that made the space feel immediately unpleasant. It only got worse from there. The sheets and couch were visibly stained, and the bathroom had mold in the shower. It was clear the place is not being maintained properly. We were shocked that this property has such a high rating on Hotels.com—it is by far the worst accommodation we’ve ever been to. We ended up leaving because the conditions were unacceptable and nothing like what we had booked based on the listing. When we requested a refund, the host was rude and refused to reimburse us. The host told us that the rates reflect the condition of the place. At $200 per night, I would really expect much better. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely. It’s misleading, dirty, and not worth the bad experience.

Amazingly beautiful BnB. Comfortable rooms and beds. Lovely town right outside of St. Paul de Vence. This is a family run BnB and the owner is delightful. Use your google maps to find the place and you will probably have to park nearby at a church/public parking, but it is barely a block or two away. The BnB is quaint and the garden seating where you can have a glass or wine or your delicious breakfast served. Don't skip the breakfast. The owner is a fabulous cook and everything is freshly made. There isn't an elevator, so if you have trouble going up stairs, ask for a lower level room. If you don't, head up to the third floor and enjoy the amazing views. This is a gem of a BnB. It is what you dream of when you think charmingly French.
