Adel made my trip with One Alma unforgettable. It was a special occasion and he made every part of he trip perfect. From greeting us with champagne, to upgrading and decorating our room and just going above and beyond for anything we wanted. When we return to Paris this will definitely be the only place we stay!

We stayed here for our 14th wedding anniversary, and it was a decision we are extremely happy we made. The location was perfect, the rooms were beautifully decorated and spotless, and the staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly. A special mention to Mr. Adel — he is very approachable, and his customer service is top class. The spa was the perfect finishing touch to our stay. We would definitely stay here again, especially when we visit Paris as a couple in the future.

The room and amenities were wonderful, really comfortable bed, great location and the staff are incredibly friendly and eager to help. As we stayed over Valentine’s Day, we received a bottle of champagne and chocolates in our room which was a really special touch!
