Easily accessible from the Metro, lots of amenities. Thanks to the large windows, the room was a bit warmer than comfortable for us Canadians, but we managed by drawing the blinds during the day and opening the windows in fall as the AC could not be set low enough for our comfort. Shops downstairs had almost everything and were open late. Rooftop space was very hip and fun. Would definitely return

My second time staying here. Clean, spacious, well-equipped and a great environment for remote working. However, hugely inconvenienced by fire alarm testing. The planned one-hour evacuation was well communicated. However, the subsequent alarm test went on for 15 mins and we weren’t told about it in advance. I had to abandon my work meeting and evacuate the room (I subsequently found out we didn’t have to but was none the wiser). Please improve this, especially as you know people have work to do - otherwise would’ve been five stars.

Amazing hotel for several reasons: 1- located right next to a metro station with line 13 and 14. Line 14 is very fast and goes up to Orly airport 2- rooms are very spacious, lots of storage space, very nice furniture, room is very well isolated so you don't hear any outside noise despite being not too far from the Boulevard Périphérique 3- very nice amenities: co-working space, gym, terrasse. 4- the staff is super nice and very friendly 5- There is a convenience store right downstairs which means you don't have to go far to buy some groceries

Amazing, comfortable and homely stay. Modern decor. Clean room and bathroom. Excellent customer service from friendly and helpful staff. The self-check in wasnt working on arrival so a member of staff helped us to check in after a short wait. We were rewarded with a welcome drink, which was much appreciated and enjoyed on yhe lovely rooftop terrace (only aspect we weren't used to was people smoking on the terrace but seems commonplace in Paris?). Location is perfect, right next to metro with fast line 14 into city centre. Well equipped kitchen and spacious room.

Property put body wash instead of body lotion inside of the container. This led to me developing a skin condition due to repeated uses of the so called body lotion. This is unacceptable and led to a medical emergency. They refill the bottles instead of using new bottles and clearly do not check what is inside.

It was a good stay and it was in a very good location. It was close to the train and had very nice restaurants around. There isn’t a lot of crowds in this location and that was good after a long day of being around people.The staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, this is most likely the hotel I’ll be staying at when visiting again.

I had a great stay at the Koku. The staff is amazing! Although the hotel isn’t in the Centre of Paris the Metro (Lines 13 and 14) is across the street and you can get to any where you want to know easily. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything including cooking oil. I highly recommend staying here!
