Great location, clean and tidy

Apart from everything else I loved the room being on the ground floor.

Fantastic breakfast, very clean, be aware that the number posted for after hours checkin is out of date and you have to look up the sister hotel and call that number in order to sign in. Otherwise a very good experience.

It was a great place to stay. Staff was helpful, it was clean and comfortable.

We loved very convenient location. Very walkable to different restaurants and grocery stores, also to public transportation to go to the centre of the city. We nice quiet neighbourhood. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was led to believe breakfast was included, it wasn't and had to purchase for more money. The lady at front was nice the breakfast staff and man at front were rude and even after paying for breakfast the second day the tried to get me to pay again!

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise! Incredibly dedicated staff and a fantastic breakfast. A nice, clean room with everything you need. I would gladly choose the same hotel again when I return to Berlin. A nice area within walking distance of the Zoo.

Room was clean & staff were very friendly. Location is away from main central attractions but is only a 10 min walk to nearest metro station, which is easy / best way to get around. However, no air con meant the room was VERY hot. Only a tiny desktop fan provided. Asked for an additional & was told only 1 per room. It was a hot weekend but no air con unfortunately means I will not stay again. Soap dispensers kept falling off the wall & shower doors didn’t close properly. This is a perfectly fine hotel, but just needs a little extra work.

Great value for its proximity to a conference at the nearby more expensive InterContinental hotel. Newly refurbished room but no fridge or air con but that was reflected in the price. Very nice and helpful staff. Recommended.

Nur 2 Stern! Im Zimmer gab es weder eine Klimaanlage noch eine Lüftungsmöglichkeit. Außerdem wurden keine Hausschuhe bereitgestellt. Die Rezeption ist ab 22:00 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt, was für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse enttäuschend ist. Das Hotel war zudem sehr laut und wirkte eher wie ein Jugendtreffpunkt als wie ein ruhiges Hotel. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich allerdings das Personal an der Rezeption, das stets freundlich und höflich war. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis jedoch nicht überzeugend. Für diesen Preis gibt es deutlich bessere Hotels. Sorry, hart, aber fair.

This is a great base for Berlin close to the Zoo. Modern, friendly interior, good value, great beds and our room faced the very quiet inner courtyard - we could sleep with an open window. They contribute profits to the Ernst Reuter Fund for democratic initiatives, which adds to the feel good factor. Didn't use breakfast but looked good standard. Helpful and friendly receptionist.

Excellent value for the single or busy traveler. Close to S-Bahn & U-Bahn stations, shops, & restaurants. Breakfast was delicious & fresh, mostly bread, meats & cheese. Rooms were well maintained & clean, with a small patio, with comfortable beds. Slightly small for US travelers, but still cozy.

Friendly hotel near the Berlin zoo. Staff were very attentive. Plenty of nice eateries near by

The hotel is very clean and welcoming. Only a short walk to many restaurants and bars. Absolutely recommend this hotel.
