The standard is of a 2 star facility but price is at 4 star. No phone in the room, need anything you need to go down and ask. No gym no concierge. It was raining, i ask for an umbrella, the attitude is they dont care.

I really didn't like it when i wanted to make changes to nooking and the hotel wouldn't pick up the phone. I also sent emails and made requests on expedia app, but there no answer, which was disappointing. Then i had to send someone physically to do the needful.

Never would I stay here again. Over priced, dirty and unloved. Broken windows,broken fish tank dirty furniture dark and gloomy and that is just the lobby. We had 4 windows in our room but only curtains for 3. No aircon or fans. So loud outside when you opened the windows. Safe did not work. Only one hanger in the room. Shower was the best thing about the room. Breakfast was poor choice and quality, not worth having.
