Έχουμε ξαναεπισκεφτεί το ξενοδοχείο και είχαμε καταενθουσιαστεί. Την τελευταία φορά που το επισκεφτήκαμε μας άφησε μια πικρία, ο λόγος ήταν ότι ενώ είχαμε κλείσει bangalow (όπως την προηγούμενη φορά) κατά το check-in και χωρίς νωρίτερα ενημέρωση, μας πληροφόρησαν ότι μας «αναβάθμισαν» την κράτηση και μας έβαλαν σε δωμάτιο εντός του κεντρικού κτηρίου. Ναι μεν είχε υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα, αλλά το δωμάτιο ήταν μικρότερο σε έκταση και μας δυσκόλεψε λίγο με το παιδί (καρότσι, βαλίτσες κτλ.). Κατά τα άλλα, δεν έχουμε παράπονο. Όλο το staff ευγενέστατο, το δε φαγητό εκπληκτικό και με μεγάλη ποικιλία. Στα μείον του ξενοδοχείου οι ξαπλώστρες στην παραλία που δεν επαρκούν για τους φιλοξενούμενούς του (κατά την περίοδο high season).

Tyvärr levde hotellet inte alls upp till våra förväntningar. Rummen är mycket gamla och slitna. Väggarna är skadade och i dåligt skick. Mina barn var rädda för att sova eftersom vi ofta såg insekter på väggarna. Jag gick till receptionen flera gånger och bad om att få byta rum, men utan resultat. Vid mitt sista besök lovade personalen att göra en desinficering av rummet, men det gjordes aldrig. Städpersonalen gör ett utmärkt arbete och rummen städas regelbundet. Tyvärr kan bra städning inte ersätta behovet av renovering. Maten var en stor besvikelse. Den var inte särskilt god, utbudet var litet och väldigt enformigt. Dessutom var det långa köer vid varje måltid, och efter att man tagit maten fick man ofta leta länge efter ett ledigt bord. Mina barn vägrade till slut att äta på hotellet, så jag fick köpa mat åt dem på restauranger utanför hotellet, vilket innebar extra kostnader. Programmet för barnaktiviteter sattes upp varje dag i receptionen, men endast på polska. Jag förstår tyvärr inte polska. Jag bad personalen tre gånger att få informationen på engelska, men det hände aldrig. Det är extra tråkigt eftersom just barnaktiviteterna var en av de viktigaste anledningarna till att vi valde detta hotell. På grund av detta missade vi nästan alla aktiviteter. Det finns ett lekrum för barn där en fantastisk kvinna arbetar. Hon är mycket vänlig och engagerad och spelar gärna schack, kort och olika sällskapsspel med barnen. Hon gjorde verkligen ett mycket positivt intryck. Poolerna

Σε γενικές γραμμές καλό, αν και ακριβό για την τοποθεσία, τις παροχές και την παλαιότητα του σε σύγκριση με άλλα της περιοχής ίδιας κατηγορίας. Έλλειψη απασχόλησης για τα παιδιά, μέτριο φαγητό, για 2 διανυκτερεύσεις δικαιούμασταν μεσημεριανό φαγητό στο all inclusive πακέτο μόνο την μία ημέρα.

Das Hotel hat einen tollen Pool und direkten Zugang zum Strand. Wir waren am Pool nahezu alleine. Die Poolbar hatte tagsüber einige Getränke und die Speisen im Restaurant waren lecker! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Wenn man vor Ort ist, sollte man auf jeden Fall einen Ausflug zum Olymp einplanen. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind ca 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Etwas gestört haben die vielen Schulklassen / Jugendgruppen die im Hotel untergebracht waren, das war stellenweise abends etwas zu laut

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung . Wenn man Glück hat und ein Glas oder eine Tasse bekommen hat zum Essen ist es in gut . Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel kann man erwarten ,das es an der Hauptbar Abends wenigstens Gläser gibt . Es ist eben alles auf Personaleinsparung ausgelegt .

Positive: Room good bed and perfectly cleaned every day. Very friendly and helpful staff Negative: Cheap food, untasty chicken nuggets as dinner, cheap pasta without any souce etc. and food not looking attractive. Mostly cheap ready made food and targeted for Eastern European guests. Cups and trash around the pool only cleaned up once a day, so a mess everywhere at the end of the day.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Strand ist sehr steinig. Positiv ist die Nähe zum Olympus. Nachhaltigkeit spielt keine Rolle - Plastikbecher, -Verpackungen wo man nur hinschaut. Corona Massnahme werden umgesetzt, allerdings scheitert es dann an den Gästen, die beim Buffet jegliche Regeln vergessen zu scheinen.
