Pros: 1. Breakfast was delicious and varied. 2. Service was friendly and fast. Cons: 1. The shower gel was forgotten, but was quickly refilled. 2. The toothbrush and toothpaste were forgotten, but they quickly added another. 3. The parking area near the lobby needs to be expanded to avoid queues in the lobby. The other parking area is 30 meters away from the lobby.

The AC is not cold, the food tastes very bland.

Keep it up... If I may make a suggestion, please add a protein menu to your breakfast.

Overall, the staff management is neat for a 3-star hotel. Although somewhat stiff, it's good. The food is quite varied and tasty, the shower is powerful, the water is hot, the refrigerator works, and the AC is cold. If I ever go back to Duri, I'll definitely choose this again ;) Cons: The bathroom leaks at the exhaust, the Wi-Fi is slow and requires repeated logins, the towels and bedding are worn and worn. The price is pricey but reasonable, as there aren't many hotel options in Duri :(

we arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night because we are stuck on flooded area in sumatra. luckely we are able to pass the area safely and arrived at the hotel around midnight time. but the staff still really help us in confirming the booking and also the settling of the room.

Overall, the hotel was quite good, the food was varied, and the receptionist was friendly. Unfortunately, on the second day, we had an unpleasant experience. On the first night, we arrived late at night (3 a.m.) due to a tragic news event. That night, our car was parked in a separate location from the hotel, about 50-100 meters away from the hotel, because the hotel parking lot was full. This was no problem for us, and we thought the parking lot was locked and secure. On the second night, after returning from the funeral home, we returned to the hotel and saw that the hotel parking lot was still empty, so we decided to park there. The security guard allowed us to park, provided we left the key at the reception. It was a bit odd because our parking lot didn't block other cars, but since we were tired, we followed the rules. The next morning, when I was checking out, I was about to put my suitcase in and found that my car wasn't there. I was shocked and surprised that the car wasn't there. It turned out that the security guard had moved it to the parking lot where my car had been the night before. I automatically protested, because there was no notification and I didn't want the car being used carelessly without confirmation. And coincidentally, there were still items in the car that we hadn't brought to the room. As a result, I complained to the receptionist about it, frustrated and angry. What made me even more upset was that the reason my car was moved was because the parking lot would be used by a long-stay customer (they said it had been 2 years or something). If I had been told that night or had there been a sign that the parking lot was reserved for "VIP" guests, I wouldn't have had a problem parking elsewhere. But they didn't tell me. The car was moved haphazardly, and the smell of cigarettes lingered in the car (presumably because the person who moved it had been smoking and the smell had stuck to the car). As non-smokers, we were forced to disinfect the car because we would be using it again for a very long trip (7 hours).

I would love to stay at this hotel again.
