I stayed in Grand Orchardz for 5 days and 4 nights with my husband, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were all friendly, and I have nothing to complain about room cleanliness. Thumbs up for the breakfast buffet varieties! I think I've found a place to stay whenever I'm in Jakarta.

Excellent Stay at the Grand Mercure Hotel. I had a wonderful experience at the Grand Mercure Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food. The hotel’s location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The check-in process was quick and efficient. The male Front Office staff on the night shift was very responsive and friendly, although I forgot to ask his name. Special thanks as well to the Front Office Manager for ensuring such great service. Much appreciated.

We only stayed on May 31st and checked out on June 1st, but this hotel always provided the best and most unforgettable impression and experience. Our family always prioritizes staying with the Hilton group wherever they are. Always truly recommended, with comfortable and clean rooms and hotel areas, excellent food, and ample parking. I stayed here for business at Intertex 2026, and the location is very strategic, very close to the exhibition area. The main plus point is the shuttle bus service, so you don't have to worry about transportation or parking to the event location. The room was in very good condition, clean, tidy, and had a great view from the window. The service from the staff was also very top-notch—everyone was friendly and very helpful from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was complete and delicious (really good!). It's definitely worth it for those looking for comfort and time efficiency during the exhibition. I will definitely come back here for the next event!

The hotel was clean and comfortable, they have large bed and the room was spacious. They provide basic need, if you travel with a low budget this would be a good choice.
