The hotel staff was very friendly, and my child loved being given coins to play with in the lobby. The location is strategically located near Ancol. The amenities are complete. The swimming pool is clean and spacious. The rooms are spacious; I chose one with an ocean view.

Kids-friendly hotel. Stayed during the 2026 Eid al-Fitr holiday. Very enjoyable. Lots of kids' activities, including free face painting, a clown making balloons for the kids, a playground, and a pool large enough for kids. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel staff was friendly, and check-in was quick. The room was very clean and smelled fresh, with spotless sheets and towels. The toilet was clean and odor-free. The sofa was also clean and odor-free. The food was delicious and varied. We received a birthday cake at our request when booking, and we chose to have it delivered to our room. Recommended hotel.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Whiz Hotel for a night, and I must say, I'm thoroughly enjoying my experience here. The ambiance is delightful, and the staff has been exceptionally accommodating, making my stay even more pleasant.
