The hotel is very new, beautiful, and clean. The housekeeper and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Thank you to the receptionist wearing a black polo that morning, she ended her shift at 3 pm on Saturday, June 27th (I forgot her name, she was very friendly, I haven't seen her again at checkout, and my husband and I haven't said thank you further). Thank you very much, Sir. Thank you Sari Villa for the friendliness of the employee among all 🌻.

Hotel highly qualified with service star

It's been my 2nd time here and it's always impressive. The atmosphere is still beautiful and calm. The service is still one of the best.

All staff are friendly, breakfast is a la carte but plentiful, varied, delicious. Satisfactory service. The hotel is cool, shady, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, can do lung therapy, good facilities, spacious parking, there are 2 swimming pools. We went there and took a junior suite, when we opened the door to the room, we immediately saw a view of the swimming pool, there is a garden, and a forest around the hotel.

The staff are friendly and kind, the place is cool. The rooms are really ok and comfortable, the service is very good, thank you.

the hotel staff is very friendly, the air is very good, the room facilities are very comfortable and the breakfast menu is very diverse (real fruit juice is available and can be requested). the jogging track has a very beautiful view. close to tourist attractions, outbound activities, restaurants, and ubud center.

Beautiful places, very good services, and the food was also so yummy. All staff were friendly, I will come back again 😊.

This is my first time check in this Hotel resort. So Awesome place for all of you. A good perfect view, room, pool and romantic couple will be like this place so much.
