What a wonderful stay! From check-in to check-out, all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, spacious, and the interior design felt modern yet comfortable.

It was a very pleasant stay, mainly due to the hotel's strategic location. This allows you to shop at nearby malls and convenient stores, have a stroll and try key culinary sesh, catch movies, etc. The staff are friendly and gave us confirmation that late checkout by 1pm was possible without additional fee. Citra Dream has a place in our hearts, starting with a stay in Bandung and now in Cirebon. Totally worth it.

Second time staying here, because of its strategic location, close to Grage Mall and many delicious culinary around (Nasi Jamblang, Bakso Malang, Lontong Sayur). I booked the Grand Deluxe, the room was very clean. Smells good... The bathroom is also clean. The staff is friendly, always smiles and greets every time we meet. Breakfast is also delicious and varied. There is a pool on the 4th floor. Thank you, next time I go to Cirebon I will stay here again

This is our umpteenth time staying here. It's always a top choice when visiting Cirebon. The room we got was exactly what we requested. The hotel was clean, comfortable, the food was decent, and the location was strategic.

This is not the first time I have stayed here and the experience is always pleasant, apart from the clean and spacious rooms, the location in the city center makes it a hotel with a very strategic location and has connections to the mall, making it easy to find food and shopping.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is calm and comfortable in the middle of the city. Highly recommended for those visiting Cirebon, staying in the city center close to everything, including Siliwangi Station.
