The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful during the check-in process, explaining details about the hotel facilities, suitable for relaxing because the atmosphere is very comfortable.

A good hotel, clean, nearby local restaurant, good breakfast, the AC is very good, hot water is work well, there is TV, the wifi is good.

I feel really comfortable staying here. It’s clean, the air conditioner is cold, has quite a big bathroom with a hairdryer. The staff are also kind and welcoming. The location is also strategic, near the harbor.

We enjoyed our stay at Playgrounds. All the staff were magnificent, and the room was exactly as described on the website. For surfers, you can check all the breaks from your balcony, all the way from Shipwrecks to Playgrounds. For non-surfers, the view is just as special, overlooking the bay and fishing boats with Agung completing the backdrop. The Thai Pantry Combi Restaurant out front serves excellent food if you don't feel like venturing further afield, and it's just a short walk to the best coffee in Lembongan. I would stay at Playgrounds Wave Lodge again in a heartbeat...and will be doing just that later in the year. To the crew at Playgrounds, thanks for making our stay so nice. A tip - use the D'Star Ferriies as their drop-off and booking office is just 150 metres from the property with no need for transport.

A very affordable villa, in a great location, clean, and comfortable. The villa staff are very friendly.

This place was quiet. You can enjoy with your kids as well. The staff [is] super nice and [has] fast response. The scenery from the room was beautiful.

Food: The dining experience was delightful – every meal was fresh, flavorful, and offered a good variety. Staff Assistance: The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Highlights: What stood out the most were the little details – from the personalized service to the serene atmosphere, everything made my stay memorable. Price: Considering the level of comfort, service, and overall experience, the price was very reasonable – with that price, it was truly worth it! Location: The hotel is conveniently located, close to key attractions yet still peaceful enough to relax and unwind.

The owner is very friendly, the rooms are clean, the sunset and sunrise are great, Very Joss.

The place is clean, the staffs were super friendly and were able to accommodate my requests since day 1. The view was great as we are on top of a hill, but you might want to rent either a bike or a car to go around places from this place. Hot showers works, WiFi is great (not common when you're in Penida as of my experience), and phone signals were great too. If there is any feedback, that would be for the food. But overall experience was great!

Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Flexible to accommodate packing my breakfast as we would leave very early in the morning. Accommodation is beautiful and quiet. Everything works well!
