Hehehe, starting from the receptionist, bellboy to CS, everyone is friendly and the service is great, in short, it is highly recommended for family vacations, in short, if I go to Makassar, I will stay here again, Claro is indeed the best since the past.

The entire hotel staff was incredibly friendly. I was very satisfied with my stay here; it was definitely worth it. Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly. Even if you accidentally shared an elevator with a member of staff, they wouldn't let you press the up/down buttons yourself—a small but memorable gesture. The location is also very strategic, right across from the mall.
