The hotel staff was friendly upon check-in. Because I chose a superior room, there was no water kettle, but Mas Sugeng (the front desk officer) spontaneously offered one. A truly admirable small gesture. I also really appreciate the security guard for guiding my car to the parking lot. Keep up the good service. God bless you all.
