The hotel staff was very friendly and helped carry things up to the room because the stairs were quite uphill, the room was very clean, tissue, mineral water was provided, the bathroom was also clean, the AC was cold, overall very satisfied staying here.

Stayed here during a K-pop concert near Kokas. My first impression was impressive, as the front desk officer was very friendly. Upon entering, the room was neat and cool. It was very comfortable and clean. It's close to Transjakarta bus stop 4B for Manggarai KRL station, and it's less than a 10-minute walk to Kota Kasablanka Mall, which you'll enter via LG East. Overall, 10/10 recommended.

Thank God, my 11-day stay at Hotel Sofyan was very comfortable. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the facilities were good, there was a prayer room, and the breakfast was delicious. Next time I'm in Jakarta, I recommend staying here again. The price is affordable, and it's close to the main road. 🫶😊

This was my first time staying here, and all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant waitresses, were friendly and very helpful. Even though it's a 3-star hotel, the service is 5-star 😍.
You guys are amazing, I'm so touched 😇 I happen to be a hotel hospitality student, and I've learned a lot from the friendliness of the staff here. The rooms are all clean and tidy, and the food is also really delicious. Thank you guys, keep up the good work 🥰

I've been staying at Cityloo Tebet every time I visit Jakarta for years. It's always special staying here. It's close to everything, and it's easy to find everything I need.
