This strategic hotel is close to everything because it's located in the city center. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is varied. The hotel was excellent, neat, clean, and had a beautiful view with a Spanish vibe. The air-conditioning was already switched on when we entered the room, making it cool and comfortable for us. The room was also fragrant, and each room had a different theme. The customer service was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Kudos to the Front Office Manager, Mr. Supriyandi, who offered to take us on a late-night tour around Singkawang late at night because we were not sure about the transportation there. He even recommended and bring us to great places to eat and visit. He was very patient and accommodating, ensuring we had an enjoyable and meaningful experience. He truly deserves a raise for his dedication. Overall, 5 stars for the hotel and its service.

The atmosphere of the place is very beautiful. The food is delicious, complete, and luxurious for that price. I always stay at Grand Mandarin when I go to Singkawang. It is in the city center, close to everywhere. I often walk to the traditional market where there are lots of food stalls with many choices and super delicious. The staff is friendly. Check-in can be done online, so comfortable.

A wonderful stay at Central Inn Singkawang. We happened to be there during the Cap Go Meh event in Singkawang. The hotel's location is very strategic, close to the crowds. From the outside, it looks like an old, less-than-stellar hotel, but once inside, it's clean, tidy, and very new. You get a starter kit containing canned drinks, tea, coffee, a toothbrush, mineral water, and even an umbrella (perhaps because the Cap Go Meh event was hot during the day).
