The hotel staff is friendly, very responsive when asked for help. The rooms are clean and quite spacious, there are lots of plugs available in the room. Very good for the price of only hundreds of thousands of rupiah. Really recommended.

Strategic place close to shopping, not noisy because it's a bit far from the highway. The view in the swimming pool is nice there is a small chapel in the middle.

There is a shuttle bus facility early in the morning. Very helpful.

The staff were most accommodating. They made our stay a very pleasant experience. The area is much calmer than the busy seaside where the other top hotels are located. Hotel Harper has a very charming and peaceful atmosphere with excellent views over the sea to the mountains. Transport to the seaside dining spots and other points of interest like the old church, the cathedral, or Gua Maria can be conveniently reached by Grab.
