The hotel was clean, the breakfast was top-notch. The pempek was delicious. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. It was a pleasure staying at the Grand Anugerah, close to everything.

The room is very clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly, the view from the room directly overlooks the city, making it comfortable.

I stayed overnight at the Novotel, located close to downtown Lampung. The pool is great, the gym is proper and quite spacious, the room was clean, comfortable, and most importantly, it was kid-friendly! Luckily, I got a room with an ocean view, so it was great to watch the ships go by. 😍

Excellent Stay at Holiday Inn Lampung Bukit Randu – Premium King Room I recently stayed in the Premium King Room at Holiday Inn Lampung Bukit Randu and had a very pleasant experience. The room was surprisingly spacious, modern, and well-designed. The layout felt open and comfortable, with plenty of space to move around without feeling cramped. The king-size bed was exceptionally comfortable, featuring high-quality linens and pillows that provided a restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights of the room was its contemporary interior design. The warm lighting, wooden flooring, and tasteful floral artwork above the headboard created a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The room also featured a comfortable seating area, a dining table, a large wall-mounted television, and a coffee machine, making it suitable for both leisure and business travelers. The bathroom was equally impressive—clean, modern, and generously sized. I particularly appreciated the spacious walk-in rain shower, large illuminated mirror, quality toiletries, and overall cleanliness. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional hospitality of the hotel staff. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Staying at Horison Lampung is quite comfortable and enjoyable. Its strategic location, close to various favorite local eateries like Nasi Uduk Toha, makes it easy to find authentic Lampung cuisine. It's also close to Kartini Mall for shopping or just sightseeing. It's perfect for those looking for a hotel with easy access to everything in the city center.

It's affordable, super clean, the food is delicious, and most importantly, it's strategically located near the station. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and even food stalls nearby, so you'll never go hungry. After exploring the beach, you can rest for a while at the hotel and head out for a relaxing coffee or even a late dinner.

From check-in, we were greeted very friendly, helped with our luggage, and escorted to our room. The staff opened the door for us, and hot water was readily available from the dispenser. The room amenities were complete, breakfast was plentiful, and check-out was also hassle-free 😍👌👍

The room was cozy, the staff was busy due to late check-in, it was late, and they were tired, but Cindy handled it well. She was friendly, always smiling, and spoke softly and kindly. The hotel's location is very strategic. I went there on Saturday night and was able to join the CFD on Sunday morning. It's close to everywhere, within walking distance if you want to be healthier, hehe. The food is also quite varied and quite tasty. There's a swimming pool too. My kids were happy to stay here. For a very affordable price, the facilities are excellent, the location is super strategic, and if you want the trendy culinary delights of Bakso Sony, it's just a three-building walk away. The staff is friendly and kind.

The staff was very friendly and we can have our breakfast at 5 AM because our flight was being rescheduled. All of the food that I chose for breakfast was very delicious and suited my taste 👌
