Our second day in Pelabuhan Ratu after staying at the Grand Inna the previous day. We arrived and, like other Augusta Hotel branches, the parking lot was spacious and comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and the receptionist was friendly, explaining the room and hotel facilities. We stayed in a VIP balcony room with a pool view, which turned out to be quite spacious for two adults, one child, and one baby. We were quite satisfied with the cleanliness of the room compared to the hotel we stayed in previously. The only issues with the room were the poor Wi-Fi, limited TV channels, and no water jug, only a thermos, so if you wanted hot water, you had to call or WhatsApp the receptionist (there are no phones in the rooms). We think the hotel facilities are quite good for the affordable price. There is a clean adult-children's pool, a playground, a mini soccer field, a tennis court, and, most importantly, the fish therapy pool. Access to the beach is just across the street from the hotel. Another cool thing is that every day we stayed, our car was washed daily; just pay whatever you feel like to the car wash man. Overall, we felt at home and comfortable during our two-night stay at this hotel. It was well worth it. We'll probably return next time.

What I really liked was the hotel staff, who were incredibly friendly. Having direct access to the beach also made it even more fun for a family vacation.

The accommodation is quite strategic, has a cool atmosphere, and offers direct views of the beach and hills. To get to the beach and waterfall, just go downstairs. The price is also affordable, including breakfast. The natural ambiance and Sundanese-style accommodation are truly beautiful.

It's clean, the bed is really comfortable, the AC is really cold 🤍. It's really suitable, it's worth staying here, especially having a private beach makes it even more awesome to spend the day here ☺️😍
