Friendly staff, especially the front desk team. Thank you for your hospitality and for allowing me to have a free late check-out at 1:00 PM. An amazing stay.. All the hotel staff are very friendly and kind.. Especially Mrs. Sasa and Mrs. Lidya are very responsive and really understand what the guests want, so everything feels very comfortable and impressive service.. Initially only wanted to stay 1 night before going to Gili Trawangan Island, but ended up staying 2 nights. The road to the beach is just crossing with a beautiful beach view. Many food sellers on the beach.. Especially fresh grilled fish and young coconut..
