The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel's location is also very strategic. It's very easy to go to the mall or find food, as it's located in the heart of Semarang. Access to everything is close. I booked two rooms here.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time here. The room was clean, spacious & comfortable. Nice swimming pool & gym. Various breakfast menus. We had a little mix-up with our order at the restaurant, but the staff responded swiftly. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay memorable.

Check-in was quick and easy. The location is right in the city center, so everything is close by. The hotel's atmosphere is integrated with the mall, which is nice, making it feel comfortable and I'd like to stay there again if I have time for a vacation.

It's very attractive and a perfect place to stay, whether for business trips or holidays with family and friends. The restaurant offers delicious food with a wide variety, making it easy to stay for several days, as the menu varies daily. The hotel's cleanliness is very well maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The staff is also very helpful.

The check-in and check-out process was handled quickly by the staff. The hotel is very comfortable, with complete amenities for a superior twin room. There is a mini fridge and hair dryer. The hot water also runs smoothly from morning until the next morning. The room is quite spacious, bringing a 3/4-sized suitcase still has room to move around in my opinion. If you get a room with a city view, the lighting is really nice. The bed is clean, no stains. The bathroom is also clean, no strange odors. Valet parking is also assisted well and quickly by the hotel staff (free if I'm not mistaken) very helpful. From the hotel towards Simpang Lima there are also many cafes/family restaurants, one of which is ironically Soto Bangkong. So it is very suitable for a stopover during a vacation in Semarang.

Strategic location near Tugu Muda, and close to several legendary eateries and souvenir shops selling presto milkfish, etc. The rooms are clean and spacious, the swimming pool is also nice with a view of the surrounding Tugu Muda.

It’s a great hotel, good value with nice renovation and ambience. The lobby and rooms are well maintained with great cleanliness. Food is great for in-house dining, breakfast, and the rooftop skyline bar. Definitely will stay again at the hotel for the next trip to Semarang city.

My family's go-to hotel when we're in Semarang. It's cool, the rooms are great, and the kids love swimming. The staff is friendly, and the cleanliness is maintained. Highly recommended!
